I’m looking for a developer who can re-create a free to play steam game on Unreal Engine.
The game we’re looking to re-create is Slapshot Rebound, a game which has been made on Unity.
I’ll go into more detail soon, but there’s something I’d like to test before we go ahead with an order.
Basically, in multiplayer there’s a large amount of input lag which is really holding the game back, and apparently client side prediction is impossible to implement successfully without game breaking mis-predictions.
we’d like to test if the input lag is better/worse on Unreal Engine compared to Unity.
What we’re asking is if before we set up an order to recreate the game, you make a very small arena which we can move around in and hit a puck to each other. This will allow us to feel how good/bad the input lag is, and then depending on the results we’d be willing to proceed on it
