IOS App with basic AR Experience - Load video content that trigger with specific defined images

I am looking to get an app developed using a basic AR experience that uses images to trigger the experience. This app will be used for clothing merchandise (brand tags or even better on clothing). Basically each clothing item will have max x2 id images that will trigger video content to load over the top of the image/tag - while viewing via/through the app. Need to be able to template the app and reskin it in order to be able to deploy for multiple customers. Eg. Need the ability to reskin the app icon and logo so that when we deploy a template it is consistent with the brand owner's branding. The ideal scenario is for each app template that is deployed to have the ability to upload/assign the content (video) via a customer control panel. eg. Customer 1 will have their own app with their own branding and we assign videos to their own id trigger tags (images) eg. Customer 2 will have their own app with their own branding and assign videos to their own id trigger tags (images) etc Please see attachment image of example. Have found the technology being used on a much larger scale than what we require. The app ideally needs to support IOS and Android but we will begin with developing the IOS version first.
