My name is Hollie, and I’m with Apple Developer Program Support. Thanks for contacting us.
In your message, you mentioned that you cannot resolve the IPv6 problem with your app. I’ll be happy to get you headed in the right direction.
Within Apple Developer Program Support, we provide administrative-level support to developers enrolling into and managing their accounts, as well as directing developers to the resources we have available. However, I was able to find some helpful information. Please visit the following resources:
• Supporting IPv6 DNS64/NAT64 Networks

• What is IPv6?
In the Supporting IPv6-only Networks website, I did read that if your app utilizes IPv4-specific APIs or hard-coded IP addresses, you will need to make changes. If you’re unable make the changes needed, please reach out to our Developer Technical Support team.
The Developer Technical Support team specializes in code-level assistance for Apple frameworks, APIs, and tools. Please visit our website to learn how to contact them or access free technical support resources.
