Hyper Casual Mobile game Project- design and dev. tasks

Hi,
This is a small project just like other I.O style games in the market. and looking for a person or team who can improve designs and performance (with some changes) on existing project.
This job posting is for final stage to publish in the market (not prototype work), so fully experienced person(s) only.
A prototype will be shared once both sides agreed a deal.
A brief tasks are below (helping your understandings only- may have a few more):
- level design- just like the references (all the sources will be provided- 1 default and 3 nature only maps)
- implement In App Purchase
- character reward system- like a gift box using game coin (design sources will be provided)
- implement VFX's (sources will be provided)
- UI (guideline will be shared with references and sources)
- device optimization (improve performance)
- bug fix and Q&A
