No Hangover Formula Guaranteed

I need to develop an IOS APP to show how to apply a Hangover formula after a night of Drinks, the app is escentilay simple : 1. Introduce de class off liquor or beer ( Whiskey, Vodka, Rum, Tequila, Mixed, etc. ). 2. Introduce the number of drinks 3. Finally, with these inputs I'll show the cure formula. The App has only 2 screens. I need to design the art of the Icon, the second screen with the input data ( Step 1 and Step 2 ) and with this input show the cure in the next screen.
