I need an app or a spreadsheet to create service records which I need it to ask me for various information to then produce a report. It needs to store the reports on a file system which would be 2 tiered, first tier would be clients and the second tier would be references under each client. Some clients will have 1 reference and some over 50. We are a refrigeration and air con business. When we go to a site we need to record the job. I want to open the app and select an existing customer or new customer. Then select an appliance or new appliance (reference or name) ,on a new reference I want to input fields like reference, location, description, gas type, (drop down selecter) weight, GWP, CO2 equivalent, installation date and notes. After that it needs to change to a service page which is where the app will jump to if I select an existing reference.
On the service page there will be inputs for date, engineer, outdoor unit, indoor unit, gas added, leak checked, next leak check due, heating, cooling, HP, LP, observations, recommendations, requirements
This info would then produce a report which would include historic services adding the latest to the end and then to email or print the report.
