Develop a one page Android copy of mobile site http://m.wowaw.co.uk with back button in header to main page once results are shown

We have a one page mobile site which you can view at the following url that has been built for a marketing idea here in the UK called WOWAW. Link: [login to view URL] We have a fully working mobile version but need to adapt it so it has a plain header and a way of navigating back once you have done a search. We have a fully functional working IOS app that works as we would like the android version to work. it may be possible we can use current mobile home page but place in a framework or may just need a home page developing in android from scratch. . A main header needs to be kept at top of page like in IOS version that will simply allow you to click back and take you back to main home page. All functionality currently works. We even have a basic Android version in UK app store that works but need to make it so it works with a header to go back to main home page. (Back function only) . IOS version has missing footer text like is shown in mobile site (So just simply written in "Powered by eventcloud" like mobile site says at bottom) Once this is done it will need uploading to Google play store! "A very basic job but home page design needs to be kept the same as mobile, very simple plus pixel perfect".
