Card Matching 2D Game Mobile App

I am looking to hire a developer to help create my IOS mobile app idea.
Basic Game. Requirement:
-In App Purchases to buy tokens to play game
-Tokens refresh daily and ability for tokens to aggregate at end of game play
-Users will earn tokens and be able to "double" tokens in each round of the game (this feature will need to be built with toggle on/off and not in the main game code )
-Core Game is a card matching game- User will be matched or play against friends in game similar to apples to apples or cards against humanity
-Dating app like sub feature for user to judge cards that are played within core game
-Custom bitmoji for users within profile (We need custom bitmojis designed to our specifications)
-Social network like functionality to play game with other users/ add friends
-Ability to trade small tokens and super tokens within a conversion module in store
-We are also looking for a front end website or portal that would allow us to upload additional cards into the game.
Please let me know if you are interested in potentially working together. We are looking for a professional in the industry with experience in game design. We have the UX/UI design 85% complete but this would need to be transferred to a different design software. We mocked up the design in PSX. We are looking for a partner to take our original designs and translate to a functional application with industry standard designs. If you are interested in the project, we can share the wire frames after we have completed a formal contract.
