1) I am looking for freelancer who knows about NCR Aptravision and erstwhile Wincor-Nixdorf (current Diebold-Nixdorf) Proview Data structures fully well.
2) Idea is to build an alert & service management app (workflow) on top of the these two database schemas to have a common app for service or cash outage. Alert should come out in different ways:
a) Net Cash volume remaining in the dispensers being (10-25%) threshold from the maximum cash hold possible, with data blow up and color coded showing Yellow flicker, net cash volume remaining in the dispensers being (0-10%) out of maximum hold possible and showing red flicker signage and also sending email and sms alert to service mobile phone number mapped.
b) Fulfillment of service delivery type has to be segregated into (i) cash replenishment service needed (as mentioned in (a) above), (ii) power outage to be handled, (iii) cash jam alert to be handled, (iv) card reader issue to be handled (v) card stuck/clearance to be done, (vi) dispenser error to be handled, (vii) network error to be handled (power supply is already on).
c) Statistics regarding issue count generated and handled / unfulfilled issue count against service delivery type and against SLA timings should be shown in dashboard to admin/ supervisor's panel. 3) Pivot database design, app design, build should be part of this contest.
4) Contest is divided into milestones:
i)First milestone: Design and build concept shared with me. Convincing me that you have prior experience on entire data structure of NCR aptravision and Wincor's (now Diebold-Nixdorf's) Proview databases. If you don't have adequate skills on these two main parts, at least participate for one part and let me know (preference will be given to one who knows these specific data structures to be able to build the reference / pivot database). Most competent contestant will be chosen and award given for further milestones to be fulfilled:
ii) Wireframe and Prototype done.
iii) UI-UX done and front end interface done.
iv) Data-structure build (reference database)+ API to Primary databases: (NCR:AptraVision+Wincor's Proview) and frequency set for interactions from source to destination database.
v) App Server side programming done and released and made stable
vi) App Backend completed and released
vii) Testing completed and productionize the app to appstore (Android and later on iOS).
