Phonegap is maybe not the best Framework for this app. The better Framework will be Xamarin(you will get Android, iPhone & Windows Phone app) Or maybe Qt with QML is the best choice at all! With Qt you get Android, iOS, WP App and also Desktop App for Windows, OSX & Linux. Or maybe Xamarin for mobile App and Qt for the Desktop Apps!? Contact me if you are interested!
