Seeking Dev for Custom iOS game, Developed Quickly

Need a custom iOS app made quickly! looking for someone who is very experienced in codeing for iOS to create a feature rich, bug free, well implemented mobile app for iPhone 4/5 & iPad. this app will require someone or a team that has experience using cloud services, apple's game center, AdWhirl, Flurry and utilizing many of apple's software APIs as well as Googles APIs.
