We need to get a new reading tools for our company. 1. Reading: Using camera preview, can scale up and scale down the preview image and able to turn on flash light. On the screen we should have 2 buttons one to turn on/off the flash light and another one to take the picture. We also need 2 sliders, 1 to control screen brightness and another one to control preview scale. 2. Translate: Process the text image (OCR) and translate the text into languages. After user press the take picture button, the user will be asked to translate from what language to what language. When the user submit the request, the app will communicate with the third party server to get the translated text. We need the apps to be able in iOS and Android.
