Hi there,

What i am looking for is an iphone & Ipad application to be able to allow user to bid on the penny auction on there phones where ever they are.

I need someone to be able to build this application and what ever else is needed. This must be submitted to apple and be approved and gone live before i pay anyone.

I will not do milestone or part payment. I will only pay after everything has been finished and working. If you can do this please let me know.
