Required for Android and iPhone and the option for in the near future for the tablets and additional website.

Users should be able to download the app and be able to use for sports bettings. Payment by all MC, VISA, AMEX, Paypall, iDEAL and Ogone.

Bank will be probably a local Dutch/Belgium or Luxembourg bank.

-Initially will this app used for Soccer, Tennis, Grand Prix, Golf and later for more sports events. A CMS will be required to add new matches,

-update the scores

-deadline till match will start

-pay the winners after 2-3 days

-they can choose for a variety of way of "investing" the money

-Who will do the 1st score

-what will be combination of the 1st half, 2nd half of scores, etc.

-Who will the top scorer of the Champion Ship

-Which country will win the champion Chip

-Option that owner of app will be Booker

-option to let register additional Bookers. They will have to then pay always a % commission to owner of app

-etc.

App will need to get regular updates, for commercial push ad's. These will be actually for own other gaming and gambling apps.

Design has also to be done by vendor.

We do prefer a vendor who already has delivered such an app due to initially limited budget. Note only fixed price offers!!
