Iphone & Android timer application

Please only bid if you will deliver on all of the requested requirements (both for Iphone & Android) and do not bid if you are out of the project budget. I need a simple countdown timer app written that works on both iOS and Android. (Sorry for the re-post but I have made some changes to my original spec) There are 5 pages that are broken down below: ? Splash page Sit on this page for a minimum of 3 seconds whilst the App is loading. ? Main menu There are 4 menu items that have accordion style sub items. 3 of these buttons don’t do anything for now. They all link to the coming soon page. 1 button links to the timer page. Across the bottom of the page is a consistent 4 button menu ? Timer page There will be 8 buttons (timers) in total. When a person presses one of the timer buttons, it begins the countdown. If you repress the button whilst the countdown is going, it resets back to the total time and is ready to start the countdown again. When the timer has 10 seconds left its countdown text flashes orange and the device also vibrates for half a second. When the timer completes there is an audible beep and the button flashes red for 3 seconds then resets back to the total time and is ready to start the countdown again. Across the bottom of the page is a consistent 4 button menu ? Configuration page All timers on the Timer page will be configurable through this page. The configuration page allows; - The users to set the 8 different count down times - Label each of the 8 timers - and this label is used on the button on the timer page - Enable/disable vibration alerts for each timer - Enable/disable audio alerts for each timer Across the bottom of the page is a consistent 4 button menu ?
