need a script built for window tint search

I need a script written so people using desk top computer laptop or cellular can see and use the website.

the script is so new customers can find business any where in the usa ,

on this site you enter state city then you enter search phrase or word

I need a ad area where tint shops can pay me to be on side page or top page for there city when searched ..

must have full admin control to ad content and pictures and ads and so on

please dont copy someone elses script or work. yelp search is nice
