Write an Android application

I need a simple Android application developed which can be used as a budgeting and money tracking tool.
At the basic level the user should be able to create accounts (bank accounts, cash in hand etc.) and under each of these user created accounts they can store transaction information in which they enter themselves.
For each transaction the user should be able to input the following details:
*Date
*Amount
*Income or Expense
*Account (which account is it linked to)
*Category
*Notes
The user should be able to delete edit already created transactions, as well as delete them if need be. Depending on time/cost I would also like some query/search functionality and some basic graph creation (e.g. a line graph for the balance of an account over a period of time)
I have attached some design mock-ups for each of the activities required. With the exclusion of the graphing/pie chart function if it will take too long or cost too much to implement.
This application needs to be developed within the next 2 weeks, and only needs to support Android 4.0+
I am open to ideas for any modification that would make the apps development quicker as I can omit certain features.
