@SoneJ

Hello, I’m based in Orlando, Florida, and this combination of structured research, regional app testing and operational coordination is a good fit for how I work. I use Windows and have regular smartphone access. My background includes project/software-delivery coordination, research, structured reporting and working with technical teams, so I’m comfortable following defined test procedures, documenting results clearly, capturing screenshots and escalating unexpected behaviour rather than making assumptions. I’m also comfortable receiving and securely maintaining company-owned test equipment, provided the equipment, network requirements and handling responsibilities are documented in advance. For an initial engagement, I suggest a 10-hour weekly limit while we establish the actual testing/research workload, with scope to increase once the workflow is proven. I’m generally available throughout the week and can coordinate around agreed testing windows. Kind regards, Soné Joubert

@KurtSiebritz

Let's Do This Right The First Time ✔️The key here is delivering actionable insights that drive local market understanding. I understand the importance of researching local market conditions and customer trends. What usually matters most here is identifying competitors and pricing strategies like usability and performance of the app. My approach would involve gathering data on local app availability and reporting detailed usability findings. I would conduct structured research on customer preferences, perform connectivity tests of the mobile application, and provide clear documentation of results. I have worked on similar mobile app testing projects where detailed market analysis and usability reports were crucial for success. Based on what you mentioned, my core focus would be: • Market research on local competitors • Usability testing of the mobile application • Structured reporting of findings If you want I could take a look at your existing files and give you some direction? Best, Kurt.
