Scratch Teacher for Kids

I need a scratch teacher for kids, the course will be bought from a self taught website, and based on the number of hours the video has the teacher will just explain and teach the same matterial and stuff that are missing in between where the child may not undrestand will be paid for that, suppose a teaching class with 10 hrs of video the instructor is supposed to teach all these 10 hrs of video until the end no matter in howmany classes. the idea is to skipp unnecessary stuff and concentrate on main issues, such as variables, animations and stuff. the overall progress of the child is very much important. Anyone is open to bid but i will have to select the one i find appropriate, i dont want companies to be involved in this just private instructors.
