Scientific research mentorship involves mentors and mentees, but also mentees can develop their skills, acquire knowledge and share experiences through peer mentoring.
This project aims to develop an all-inclusive platform where mentors and mentees can be matched based on AI algorithms and mentor/mentee preferences and availability. Users (mentors and mentees) should be able to set goals, communicate, share documents and hold discussions all in the app. The software platform will be used by university faculty (mentors) and graduate research students (mentees) enrolled in health science programmes within Africa. The plan is to have both desktop and mobile versions of it. I would appreciate it if can be built within 2 months maximum.
Once the right bidder is found, a binding work contract will be signed.
Kindly note that this project is time-bound. Therefore timely delivery will be of the essence.
