Job Description:
The Outlook add-in / plugin should have the following functionality (not in any particular order of importance)
1. Installs on local computer without administrative rights (use cu0rrently logged in user).
2. Plugin should have a visible button in the Outlook ribbon menu.
3. Add-in is user activated - user needs to click on the button to see the form.
4. Displays a form where the user is asked for details - similar to a Microsoft Forms but within Outlook.
5. Main use of form is for ITSM / support ticket creation for internal helpdesk.
6. Once set of questions are completed, a draft mail is created, ready for sending containing all the details from the questions.
7. Must NOT interfere with normal Outlook functions.
The add-in/plugin is an option that is accessible from the Outlook menu ribbon or from a message draft. Once user clicked on the add-in/plugin, the user is presented with a form consisting of several support questions, such as which application are they working on, the error or issue they are seeing, and so on. If a screenshot of attachment is needed, the form should have space for it. Once the questions are filled up, the contents is transferred to a new message or if a draft is already present - it is pasted there. The mail is ready for sending after that.
