Word VBA Audio Question Navigation

I have a Microsoft Word file that contains a series of questions. What I need is a simple, self-contained VBA macro (or an equivalent add-in) that will let a user click on any question in the list, jump to that exact spot in the document, have the text read aloud in a clear male voice, and then return automatically to the original list as soon as the reading finishes—no extra clicks, no delay. Core flow • User clicks a question in the index or TOC you build. • The macro scrolls to that question, triggers text-to-speech with a male voice, and starts playback. • When the last word is spoken, the view snaps back to the index page ready for the next selection. A lightweight, reliable solution is key: ideally one .docm that I can pass on to others without any external installs. If you prefer using the built-in SAPI voices, just make sure the default male voice is selected.
