Purchase Inventory from Taobao

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to Purchase & Replenish inventory for our E-commerce store. The inventory will have to be bought from a Chinese website called 'Taobao' Templates and information needed for you to order these inventory will all be provided to you. Job Responsibilities 1.)To purchase the right quantity of each item based on the inventory list given to you by our warehouse team. 2.)To make sure the items bought are in fact the right items. A list of the items with links & pictures are provided for easier double checking 3.)To negotiate with seller in Chinese via 'Taobao' chat function to get the best price. 4.)To write a report every week on the summary of items ordered, the total cost incurred and where the funds have been spent. A report template will be provided to you for reporting. Required Skills 1.) Have good English communication skills in reading & writing. Important as you will need to write reports as well as communicate with our team 2.) Have good time management skills and always deliver on time 3.)Good with using the computer and smartphone. As you will need to use these to complete your work 4.) Have good skills in using Microsoft office in order to write summary report. Optional but highly valued skills 1.)Have good Chinese communication skills in reading and writing. A great bonus as you will need to negotiate price with Sellers in China We are looking for a long-term Virtual assistant to help us with this task.
