Hi, I can compare the original PDFs with your Word conversions to find where images are being lost and table cells are merging. I will restore the images, rebuild damaged table structures, and check the corrected DOCX against the source page by page. My rate is INR 1,250/hour with a 10-hour initial cap. For a first file of up to 10 pages, I would target a corrected draft within 24 hours after reviewing it. Please send one PDF, its current Word version, and the total page count.

Hi, I can fix the PDF-to-Word conversion issues so the final Word files match the original PDFs closely, with all images visible and tables preserved correctly. I can handle: • Missing/disappearing images • Broken or merged table cells • Border and alignment restoration • Image positioning and sizing • Table width and column consistency • Font, spacing, and paragraph cleanup • Manual table reconstruction where conversion fails • Acrobat/Word conversion troubleshooting • VBA/macros if useful for repeated fixes • Final page-by-page comparison against the PDF My approach is to first inspect the original PDF and current Word conversion, identify why images or table structures are being lost, then use the most reliable fix for each file rather than applying one generic conversion method. Deliverable: • Corrected editable Word files • Images matching the source PDF • Tables with distinct cells, borders, and alignment preserved • Final quality check before delivery I can usually return the first corrected file within 24 hours after receiving the PDF and current Word version. Best regards Ankit

@Mbursa090

Hello, I’m interested in helping you fix and properly format your PDF-to-Microsoft Word conversions. I understand that the main issues are missing images and distorted/merged table cells, and that the final Word documents need to closely match the original PDFs. I will carefully compare the PDF with the existing Word conversion, identify the cause of the formatting problems, and correct them using the most appropriate method. This can include adjusting conversion settings, restoring missing images, rebuilding problematic tables, and carefully fixing alignment, borders, spacing, and cell structure. My goal will be to ensure that: All images are present and displayed correctly. Table cells remain separate and correctly aligned. Original borders, spacing, and layout are preserved. The final Word document remains fully editable The corrected document closely matches the source PDF I will also review the completed files page by page to catch any remaining formatting issues before delivery. I’m available to start immediately and can first correct a sample page/document so you can verify the quality before I proceed with the remaining files. Thank you for considering my proposal. I look forward to working with you. Best regards, Mbursa Benjamin.

I can help fix your PDF-to-Word conversion issues and deliver clean, editable Word documents with images and tables preserved correctly. My approach: Analyze the current conversion issues and identify why images and tables are breaking Use optimized conversion settings where possible Manually rebuild problematic tables to preserve cells, borders, and alignment Ensure all images are properly embedded and positioned Review the final Word files against the original PDFs for accuracy I can start with the first file immediately and provide a quick turnaround after reviewing the document structure.

@Kkarthiksh1989

I’m trying to build a reputation on this platform but not new to this kind of work hence this is my final bid and would be happy if this is an ongoing project

@yanezn

I can resolve the image loss and table distortion issues you’re encountering when converting PDFs to Word. Ensuring images stay visible and tables retain their original structure aligns directly with my experience in document format conversions and layout integrity fixes. I’ve successfully tackled similar problems by combining conversion optimization with manual table adjustments and custom macros to preserve fidelity. This hands-on approach ensures that your Word files look like exact replicas of your PDFs. I’ll start by reviewing your sample PDFs alongside the Word versions to identify the root causes, then apply targeted fixes based on the most effective methods. Quick question before I suggest an approach: do you have a preferred turnaround time for the first corrected file?

@nandezgarcia

Hi, I can fix your PDF-to-Word conversion issues. I will diagnose why images disappear and tables break, then deliver corrected Word documents with intact images and properly structured tables. I can use Python and PDF tools to automate the diagnosis and apply reliable fixes. Ready to start immediately.

@nicola190593

Hi, I can help correct the PDF-to-Word conversion issues affecting both images and tables. I would first compare each original PDF with the existing Word conversion to identify exactly where the layout is breaking. My approach would be to: - restore any images that disappear during conversion - keep image position and sizing consistent with the source PDF - rebuild or correct tables where cells have merged incorrectly - preserve borders, alignment, headings and spacing - use manual reconstruction where automatic conversion cannot reproduce the original accurately - compare the final Word document page by page against the source PDF before delivery For the first file, I can begin immediately and aim to return the corrected version within 24 hours after reviewing its size and complexity. Before starting, could you confirm approximately how many PDFs there are and the average number of pages per file? Best regards, Nicola
