Every field—names, dates, unique codes, and other text placeholders—must pull in flawlessly, and each record also carries a profile photo that needs to flow into the correct spot on every page it appears. You’ll work in both MS Word and Google Docs, setting up (or refining) the main template, connecting the CSV, and generating the complete batch of merged files so they are press-ready. I’ll provide the images in a folder with file names that match a column in the sheet, so you’ll need to use the standard INCLUDEPICTURE (or the equivalent Google Docs add-on) method to automate that step. Deliverables • One master template in Word and one in Google Docs, fully wired to the data source • 50-70 finished documents (PDF or DOCX as preferred) with all text fields populated and profile photos correctly placed • Clear, repeatable instructions or a brief screen-share walkthrough so I can rerun the merge in the future Accuracy is critical; broken links or mismatched photos won’t be accepted.
