We need a simple HTML email to be converted into an actionable email that allows the recipient to provide input and submit a response directly from the email client. Functional Requirements The email must contain: A textarea field labeled "Comments". Two action buttons: Approve, Reject When the user clicks either button: The value entered in the Comments textarea must be submitted to a specified URL. The submission may use either the HTTP POST or HTTP GET method (please advise which is supported by the target email clients). The submitted data should include: Selected action (Approve or Reject) Comments entered by the user The solution should be fully self-contained within the email and should not require the user to open an external webpage. Compatibility Requirements The freelancer must ensure the solution works on the following email clients: Microsoft Outlook for Desktop (Windows) Outlook Web Access (OWA) in: Microsoft Edge (Windows), Google Chrome (Windows), Safari (macOS) Outlook Mobile App Native Apple Mail on iOS Native Gmail App on Android One important point: Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, and most modern email clients do not generally support arbitrary HTML forms that submit data directly from the email.
