Je prépare régulièrement des envois de PDF personnalisés : un publipostage Word alimenté par mon fichier Excel, puis l’envoi automatisé via Outlook. Depuis quelques jours, la partie Outlook bloque complètement. À chaque tentative d’ajout de mon compte Hotmail/[login to view URL], le message « Désolé, nous ne parvenons pas à nous connecter à votre compte » s’affiche. J’ai déjà : • testé la connexion sur le web et sur d’autres applications : tout fonctionne ; • supprimé puis recréé le profil dans Outlook ; • essayé un second compte Microsoft ; même résultat ; • vérifié que l’authentification à deux facteurs est désactivée. Rien n’y fait. Je cherche donc une personne capable d’identifier la cause (profil, registre, fichier OST/PST, service Windows, politique de sécurité, etc.) et surtout de me rendre Outlook opérationnel pour que mon publipostage reparte sans accroc. Deliverable attendu • Outlook reconnecté et synchronisé avec mon compte Microsoft, prêt à envoyer mes courriels de publipostage Word/Excel.
