Project Description:
We are a company looking for a Virtual Desktop Specialist to help us select the right supplier and configure virtual desktops at the lowest possible cost per user. We currently use Office 365 and Azure within our company and are considering using Azure Virtual Desktop. Still, we are open to suggestions for other suppliers, such as Amazon, Cisco or VM.
The successful bidder will advise us on the right supplier and configure virtual desktops to ensure we get the lowest price per user. We require 20 development PCs (mainly visual studio), five 3D machines (rendering 3D models), 15 SEO machines (mainly googling and Office 365), and five content machines (mainly Office 365) for our Development office.
In addition, we require shadowing and easy-sharing features for our virtual desktops. To compare proposals, bidders must provide the lowest monthly costs they can configure for the virtual desktops we require.
It would be a big plus if you could also set up Sharepoint, Office 365, and Azure for us. This will result in additional projects.
Requirements:
Virtual desktop specialist experience
Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, Amazon, or VM
Expertise in configuring virtual desktops
Ability to provide the lowest possible cost per user for virtual desktops
Experience with shadowing and easy sharing features
Bonus: Experience with setting up Sharepoint, Office 365, and Azure.

i presume the desktop must be windows, so Windows server RDS or azure avd is the best choice as citrix xenapp will requires purchase of microsft rds license anyway. make sure the vm/server has gpu to reduce cpu load of Lisää
