My recommmendation is, if the current FoxPro application is mostly customer records, jobs, contacts, documents, and simple workflows, need to use SharePoint Online, Lists and Power Apps. If it contains large datasets, complex joins, heavy reporting, or many related tables, I would recommend to use Azure SQL Server to SharePoint Online, Power Apps.
