I have a small Microsoft Access file where one table should automatically fill with numbers coming from another sheet/table in the same database, yet nothing shows up. No calculations or formulas are involved; the figures simply need to appear exactly as they exist in the source table. What I need is a quick diagnosis of why the destination table remains empty and a clean fix so that, whenever new rows are added to the source, the numbers flow straight through. Whether the solution is a corrected relationship, an updated append query, or a macro/VBA tweak, I’m open to the cleanest approach that keeps the database easy to maintain. Deliverable: a working .accdb with the table populating correctly and a short note (or in-file comments) explaining what was changed so I can replicate the process in future builds.
