I was wondering if you would be able to do some data entry into my freshbooks for my small business? It it isnt a lot of work, and it shouldnt be too complicated, but I need someone to understand what is being entered and be able to assist me with it.
I have a business in website development and SEO in Australia.
I could guarantee weekly pay of $12/wk which is 4hrs. With room for pay increase/extra work as it comes in. Especialy to assist with data entry for tax return aswell.
What I would like is to just be able to email you the expenses and have them added into Freshbooks (it is very easy to learn).
And also to have you manage the client info if there is any updates to that.
The client is also sent their invoices via freshbooks, so i would send you the info required for that, and have each invoice sent to me first to approve of it, then once confirmed it is sent to client.
Freshbooks is very easy to use and simplified acccounting/data entry, I'm sure even if you havent used it you would learn it in 15minutes.
Please let me know what you think? when i searched for accounting your profile came up, but I cant see that skillset, so if this isnt for you i understand.
