I have a field that was populated from the following look-up list - Forcast/Concept;Sources Sought;Sources Sought Submitted;Awaiting RFP;Proposing;Submitted for Review;Drop;Won;Lost. I need to print a report in the following order:
Forecast / Concept
Sources Sought Submitted
Submitted for Review.
and the report excludes the last three in the list (drop - won - lost)
Since the field data is being selected from a list and not a table I can't come up with a good way to sort the report for printing in the correct order. There is a second sort order by bid date after the sort criteria above is chosen. .

I have updated many Access reports with sort order issues. Including complication commission and even the Bible (how do you sort the books of the Bible in their order?) See www.BibleDog.org for an example.
Hi John3588, I'm an experienced Access/VBA developer interested in your project. This looks like a straightforward and quick fix which I would be more than happy to undertake!
Hi, I have a great deal of experience developing applications with MS Access, and would have no trouble creating the report you are interested in. Thank you.
I feel fully capable of extracting and sorting your data to the desired output. With 12+ years of daily Access experience, I see no issues with turning the project around in a timely fashion.
