Menu Recode

Recode the main menu of [url removed, login to view] so that it looks and operates the same but (1) does not lag; (2) is dynamic; and (3) displays properly at all sizes and resolutions. If you cannot get the code to work, you keep the first milestone. If you get the code to work but I don't like the design, you keep the first two milestones.
