Sustainable/Renewable MEP Plan

I require a set of mechanical and plumbing plans for a building for an HVAC system, plus hot and cold water flow. The uploaded plans show the level of detail required. Plumbing fixture plan is NOT required.
The requirements are:
1. Prepare a heating and cooling schedule/load calculations for each area/room of the property - you will need to tell me with what information you need and I will provide it by return. I have calculations done, but would like them to be confirmed and detailed.
2. Prepare a heating and cooling plan for the building - based on location - using radiant in floor and in-wall piping, supplemental radiators/other as required and a manifold plan, including optimum locations.
3. The heating/cooling plan should use air-to-water heat pumps, and auxiliary electric as needed (cold weather climate). We will also use tanks to store water or similar recommendation.
4. Mechanical ventilation system.
Attached are copies of a previously proposed system, previous plan schematic proposals, possible locations for in-slab and in-wall radiant/cooling (building floorplan layout).
Please reply with a copy of plans previously prepared by you and a link to a similar Freelancer project you have completed. Failure to submit these documents will exclude you from consideration. Thank you.
