I need a self-contained, semi-automatic screen-printing machine for my table printing setup ,built specifically for fabric, handling the t-shirt and tote-bag range of sizes. Manual tabletop presses no longer keep up with my orders, yet a fully automated carousel is beyond my current floor space and maintenance capability, so I’m looking for a compact solution that strikes the right balance between speed, consistency, and ease of use. Here is what matters most to me: • Medium-format platen area that comfortably accommodates standard t-shirts or similar items. • A reliable screen-printing mechanism with smooth pneumatic or servo-assisted squeegee pressure so every pull is uniform. • Simple registration adjustments and an intuitive control panel—ideally touch-based—that lets operators set stroke length, flood speed, and dwell time without specialised training. • Quick-swap screens and pallets so colour changes stay under the ten-minute mark. • Sturdy frame construction; aluminium or powder-coated steel is fine so long as it stays rock-solid during production. • Clear documentation: full mechanical drawings (CAD), an electrical schematic, parts list with supplier links, and operating/maintenance instructions.
