Need help designing a custom microscope optics system

Need help with designing a small custom microscope optical system. I am new to optics -Bright Field -20x to 60x range -Very compact and short in the Z direction -Uses a CMOS camera -Need to have an image resolution the gives us around (.1 um=1 camera pixel) - I'm not sure I am expressing this information in-correctly. So please contact me if you have questions. I will try and get back to you ASAP. -Need to have the largest field of view possible -Need to have the deepest depth of view possible. -Need to use as many off the shelf components as possible. -Design custom components if needed. -white LED light source -Keep cost down as much as possible. -Will need NDA -Communicate with me so I can learn more about optics. Be willing to be patient with me so I understand some of the science behind what you are doing. -Good communication skills. Willing to work over Skype. -Would be great if you are close to Ohio, USA. However that is not necessary. I also don't mind working with someone from outside of USA- as long as they are good at what they do. I understand that we probably will not be able to get all of these points- but we need to see what is possible. This is going to be an optics system for an automatic slide scanning microscope. The time of the test is directly related to how many pictures we need to take to image the whole slide. With the largest field of view and depth of view- I figure we can decrease the number of pics we will need. There could be as many 2000+ pictures per slide. So (fewer images) = (less time) THANK YOU
