Is not an avarage project that a normal caders can do it. It is related to mechanical engineering. And a mechanical engineer can do it as needed. And i also worked with many mechanical project in my collage iit ropar. Like ic engine , rc car for one person racing , eternal comany's autonoums warehouse scaning bot and etc. And also you didn't provide any refrence may be for keep it safe but it is also don't give idea of your work which leads think it difficult.
