Dear Reader, i am working on AVG Robot and i need to create a CAD design for the same also later convert this CAD design into actual prodict. 1. i will provide the dimentions for the AVG (This is Rechangular box and 4 wheels conneted at 4 corners) and driven by DC Motor) 2. This DC Motor Shaft shall be connected to the Wheels Shaft using , chain sprocket gear mechanisum.(Power transmission system) 2. This chain ,sprocket and bering arrangement (chain drive mechanism) , shall rotate the wheels(the way in motorcycle (bike) back wheel is connected to engine drive). So, it is mandatory that 1. you should have worked on chain , sprocket and bearing earlier [login to view URL] shall have knowledge on selectin of bearings, chain and gear related components (parts and part numbers), also shall have rough estimate how much it costs etc. 3. you should be able to calculate the load on the shaft etc which is required for this mechnisum. also , you should be ready to share ,your ear;ier work which match es to this task (just to verify if you have done someting like this) Note : As i am not a mechniacl enginner , i will not be able to provide you with full requirements , so it will be your responsibility to ask me question and get the necessary information. in case you have any IDEA about it then you are welcome to share.
