Risk Calculation and Risk Contour Plot

I want to a MATLAB Code to calculate risk from gas dispersion, generate a risk contour similar to the attached, superimpose the contour on a plot plan of a layout and Generate F-N Curve. Also attached are literatures on the subject.
However, it will be appreciated if the code is a GUI based Code.
