Firstly I will look into designing a rudimentary PID controller within a linear format simulation. This would provide a ‘benchmark’ controller in which I can improve and add onto. The PID controller will also adjust for attitude errors that are present such as wind; this being done by tuning the thrust vector control angle. Secondly I will need to design a schedule controller within the linear simulation. Thirdly, I would need to validate both the rudimentary PID and schedule controller in a non linear simulation. This is done to see how the controller will react in a real life situation. Finally if there is time, to design a Feedforward Path. This essentially is there to improve the speed and tracking of the controller within the simulation.
