I want a MATLAB-based system-level simulator that models Conditional Handover as well as L1/L2-triggered mobility in an integrated 5G terrestrial and satellite network. The sole purpose is performance analysis, so every module needs to expose parameters that let me compare handover success rate, latency, and throughput across a variety of mobility scenarios. The framework should let me define heterogeneous cells (gNBs and satellite beams), user mobility paths, channel conditions, and decision thresholds for conditional handover. Results must be traceable: at the end of each run I should receive time-stamped logs of mobility events together with aggregated KPIs and visual plots produced directly from MATLAB. Key functional points to cover • Support both 5G NR radio links and a representative satellite air-interface in the same simulation timeline. • Implement L1 and L3 measurement reporting, conditional handover preparation, execution, and release, following 3GPP logic. • Make parameters such as reporting intervals, QoS requirements, propagation delay, and Doppler easily editable from a single configuration file. • Compute and store the three target metrics, handover success rate, latency, throughput, while allowing additional KPIs to be plugged in later.
