The Main Aim of this project is to write a Genetic Algorithm that would solve the packet route optimization problem

Technical objectives

-The genetic algorithm must solve route optimization using techniques inspired by natural evolution such as inheritance, mutation, selection and crossover

-A fitness function must be defined to set performance parameters so as to enable selection (survival of the fittest)

-Performance parameters to include load/hop count, delay time, Bandwidth usage, Quality of service & Cost

-The Results should show the optimum set of solutions with diversity

-The algorithm should be tested with a standard routing algorithm to demonstrate optimization
