Coliseum Apparel is looking for a self motivated individual to join the team as a Virtual Assistant helping with the Sales team.
Duties and responsibilities include: daily operations, client management, presentation development, order processing, customer relationship management, document preparation, scheduling and other assignments as needed. The right person for this role will be a self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
An understanding of the promotional products, screen printing, and embroidery industries is a definite plus.
The candidate will be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. The candidate must be detail oriented, very organized, and available to conduct projects primarily during standard business hours. Great written communication skills are a must.
Position will require approximately 15-20 hours per week with potential for increased responsibilities and hours after 90 day evaluation period.
Candidate must be available during the hours of a US work day. The company should be a 24/7 company to ensure on time delivery of scheduled items.
