I'm looking for a super-salesperson that can bring his/hers professional skills to a small web development company. We're currently small but rapidly growing!
Currently, we have 2 graphic designers, 1 senior web developer, 1 seo person, 2 social media experts for the spanish and english markets, translator (english-spanish), 1 senior project manager, a senior writer, 1 in administrative services, and myself. I do interviews almost daily to find more talented people to join our group.
We all work from home and communicate [Removed for encouraging offsite communication which is against our Terms and Conditions.]. However, anyone taking over this job must have access to a smartphone and be able to call us frequently to update us on prospects.
We provide no leads yet but at the moment we would rely on you to bring them in from free sources as we come up with a budget for marketing campaigns.
You must possess the following:
1. GO GET EM type attitude
2. GOOD COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS
3. We need a THINKER
4. GOOD WITH TECHNOLOGY
5. no PRESSURE sales but SMART sales
6. Ability to UPSALE with OPTIONS
7. HOLD em know when to CALL EM..
8. Good written and verbal communication skills in English
11. Understand basics of web
12. Understanding of Social Media
