Job Description:
As a Social Media & Email Marketing with Sales and Client Management Expert, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness. In addition to your expertise in email marketing, social media marketing, content writing, copywriting, and email marketing automation, you will also be responsible for generating sales leads, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, content creation, and copywriting.
Utilize email marketing automation tools to streamline workflows, create personalized customer journeys, and maximize campaign effectiveness.
Generate sales leads and drive revenue growth through effective digital marketing strategies.
Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
Nurture client relationships and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of digital marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, sales metrics, and client engagement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, sales, and client management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, content writing, copywriting, sales, and client management.
Proficiency in email marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and automated workflows.
Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing campaign performance data.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent English is a must.
Salary: 20K Taka Monthly
