Product Marketing & Orders Internship

I need an intern who can keep our product story sharp while making sure every order that comes in from our field-sales reps is captured, confirmed, and pushed smoothly through to fulfilment. Day to day you’ll be juggling two closely linked streams of work. First, the product-marketing side: refining key messages, preparing bite-sized collateral (think quick one-pagers, pitch decks, short videos), and feeding fresh insights back to me so we can adjust positioning on the fly. You’ll talk directly with the sales team to learn which features are resonating and which objections need answers. Second, the order-management side: when our representatives close a deal face-to-face, you’ll log the details in our CRM, trigger the internal hand-off to operations, and track the shipment through to delivery. Accuracy matters here; we rely on those records for inventory planning. I’ll give you brand guidelines, access to the CRM, and a standing slot in the weekly sales huddle so you’re never guessing what to do next. If you have basic design skills in Canva or Adobe Express and feel comfortable organising data in Excel or Google Sheets, you’ll hit the ground running. By the end of the internship I expect: • A concise product-marketing toolkit the reps can pull up in seconds • A continually updated order log with zero missing fields • A short wrap-up report summarising what you learned about customer sentiment and process gaps If you thrive at the intersection of messaging and execution, let’s talk.
