I need someone to define the core messaging and pricing for a remote IT maintenance and support offering. This offering is focused on managed system backup, on-going system maintenance and direct phone access to a support engineer who knows who you are and has preconfigured access to your system. Our business model is to subcontract resources and manage the service delivery. Where we need help is:
