Marketing Hep - My product, in laymen terms. Promotion

Greetings! I have a service that I have been offering my walk in clients for the better part of the year. I have hundreds of residential clients, as well as two government offices (villages) and numerous business clients. I have sold my service to those walking in the front doors of my office, but now with staff increases and greater capacity, I need to find a way to promote my product (locally preferred). I have never had a problem explaining or selling a product or service, except this one. I have a 90% conversion rate when I am able to physically speak to the client. Now I want to reach out, with a salesforce, either via telemarketing, FACEBOOK is a big one, and creating promotional material to hand deliver to places. What I need help with: Help decipher what my product\service is, in marketable terms, and perhaps design graphics, flyers\posters that can be used \ created \ printed that can help capture sales. I can speak geek all day. But how to phrase my service that a person I can not speak to initially directly might take interest in! Please find attached a generic run down of my what my service is. There is so much more to it, but putting it all to words, im finding it a year long rut of impossible. * Decipher my ramblings into marketable sense * Create material that I can have printed\created for promotion ( Heavy user of Vista Print ) ( Designs for posters \ flyers \ brochures) I have a heavy following on FACEBOOK and would like something that I can push online as well. Help me translate my product into a product for the average consumer! Please ask questions about the product, and or state what you can and or can not do. Material is one thing ( I can search for others for the design ) But translating my garbled description into something that makes sense is priority!
