Executing structured B2B garment market research across Kenya requires rigorous field execution and rapid reporting. My process begins with an organized itinerary covering wholesale commercial hubs, retail centers, and garment distributors across Nairobi, Kisumu, Eldoret, Mombasa, and Nakuru. During each site visit, I will document retail storefronts with geo-tagged photographs, capture top-selling T-shirt inventory showing visible commercial tags and fabric specifications, and upload all structured buyer details into your shared Google Sheet on the very same day. To source market samples, I will isolate high-demand items from leading buyers, submit detailed specifications for your explicit review and approval, and secure the designated physical sample units. In Nairobi and Mombasa, I will interview four to five licensed freight forwarders and clearing agents, compiling their operational contacts, company profiles, and documented warehouse storage metrics for one cubic meter per day and week. You will receive daily data sync checkpoints to inspect shop logs and image folders as visits conclude. Final handoff will feature a unified Excel master database, categorized high-resolution visual folders, forwarder profiles, and collected sample packets delivered within your 7-day timeline.
