1         Objective The objective of this market research is to give Airria a clear view for the year 2015 on the number of new constructions and in-depth renovations of big sized residential buildings in some European countries , as well as the number of new houses for the same market. 1.1       Deliverables -          1) An Excel matrix showing the number of type of constructions, classified by country and by type of activity (See excel file attached) -          2) A list of main project investors by country (details of deliverable 1) showing: investor names, # of sqm of the projects; -          3) A list of the sources for all provided information. This is a must have in order validate the figures in the report and convince professional lenders or investors.
